1. Search and selection of permanent legal counsel for companies 2. Try & Hire 3. Research and selection of permanent professionals for law firms 4. Training for law firms and professionals 5. Coaching
In2law is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) in the HR area with at least 10 years of HR or Legal experience, in consulting firms or in companies
BDM, a person with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, will be responsible for the budget and profitability of the area, proposing objectives and results with in2law. BDM will be the first resource in contact with customers and prospects, with dedicated people and with the rest of the in2law structure for the development of the area.
The resource will be hired as a free lance, the variable compensation is of great interest. The development and growth plan is very ambitious.
Role The BDM HR Area will ensure the development of the area in collaboration with in2law structure. Main tasks • Identify business opportunities for HR services (selection, training, coaching, etc.) • Provide excellent customer service by coordinating delivery resources and selecting new ones • innovate HR in2law services for customers
Functions BDM will perform its functions in sales, people management and product marketing. In particular the BDM will: 1. Analyze the market, competitors and market prices, communicate to the market the in2law value proposition 2. Develop relationships with new business clients and law firms, organizing marketing activities, internal events, and participating in external events 3. Organize contact forms, schedule customer appointments, follow-ups 4. Work with the rest of the in2law framework to locate potential customers 5. Recruit and develop new internal resources for the development of the area
